We are looking for a results-oriented Web & SEO Growth Specialist who can build or optimize our website, drive qualified traffic through SEO, and most importantly convert visitors into leads and sales.

This role is not about design only or traffic only — it's about business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design or improve a professional, fast, mobile-first website
  • Optimize website structure for conversions and user experience
  • Develop and execute a clear SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO)
  • Implement local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
  • Improve lead generation and sales funnels
  • Set up and monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and conversion tracking
  • Continuously optimize pages to increase leads, sale…

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience building conversion-focused websites
  • Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, technical, local)
  • Understanding of sales funnels, CTAs, and user behavior
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms
  • Ability to explain how traffic turns into revenue
  • Portfolio showing real business results (leads, sales, growth)
