Job Description
- Processes purchase requisitions for direct material (production material)
- Creates parts and order details in ERP system
- Checks MRP results and sends forecasts, call offs, spot, single orders to the supplier.
- Tracks supplier deliveries, identify bottlenecks and escalate risk of shortages
- Maintains order-relevant master data in the ERP system, triggered by internal change notifications from the parts management system
- Develops and maintains regular contact with suppliers
- Supports the inventory process of production material for the local ERP system
- Ensures the accuracy of supplier and article master data and reports discrepancies to the relevant departments
- Supports LEONI production plants in the procurement of direct material
- Initiates shipping of direct material
Qualifications
- Level of Education: Master's degree (BAC+5)
- Branch Of Study: Supply chain management, Logistics management.
- Experience : 1 year minimum.
- Language : French and English are mandatory
