Global Contract Specialist
to support our international operations. Based in Casablanca, Morocco, you will play a key role in managing and negotiating contracts across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations. This is a strategic position that supports Slimstock's global growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
:

 Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international contracts including vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.

 Ensure compliance with local and international laws, including GDPR, export controls, and anti-bribery regulations.

 Collaborate with Slimstock global teams across i.e. Europe, the Middle East and Africa to align contract terms with business needs.

 Maintain a centralized global contract repository and manage the full contract lifecycle.

 Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts.

 Support global procurement and sales teams with contract-related queries and negotiations.

 Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their obligations.

 Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments in key markets.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple global stakeholders

 Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Desired Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in law, International Business, or a related field.

 3–5 years of experience in contract management or legal support in a multinational environment.

 Strong understanding of international contract law and compliance frameworks

 Experience working with cross-border teams and multicultural environments.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French, Arabic

or another language is a Plus.

 Familiarity with contract management systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Certifications

 Certified International Contracts Manager (CICM)

 Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
