Vos missions

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie BIM sur des projets prestigieux (hôtels, villas, bureaux, complexes résidentiels).
  • Superviser la création et l'évolution des maquettes numériques, de l'avant-projet jusqu'au suivi chantier.
  • Coordonner les équipes pluridisciplinaires : architectes, ingénieurs, bureaux d'études et entreprises.
  • Détecter et résoudre les conflits techniques grâce aux outils de clash detection.
  • Former, accompagner et inspirer les équipes dans l'adoption des outils et méthodes BIM.
  • Être force de proposition pour innover et optimiser nos processus.

Votre profil

  • Architecte ou ingénieur spécialisé en BIM Management.
  • Expérience réussie (5 ans minimum) en cabinet d'architecture et/ou en entreprise de construction.
  • Maîtrise avancée des logiciels BIM : Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo…
  • Vision globale des projets, de la conception à l'exécution.
  • Leadership, esprit collaboratif et goût pour l'innovation.
