The Customer Care Representative at Autodealers Digital is responsible for providing expert marketing advice and support to automotive dealerships. This role combines a deep understanding of marketing principles and industry experience with exceptional communication skills to offer tailored solutions and strategies. The Customer Care Representative ensures that clients receive the highest level of service and expertise to drive their business growth. The position also involves delivering excellent customer support and addressing any issues or inquiries related to marketing services.

  • Demonstrate expertise in all the services offered by Autodealers Digital (ADD).
  • Provide niche advice and focus on areas requiring specialized attention to enhance client outcomes.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Articulate complex marketing strategies and concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Maintain open and effective dialogue with clients to ensure their objectives are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.

#Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Consultation:
  • Provide expert marketing advice and guidance to automotive dealership clients.
  • Develop and recommend tailored marketing strategies based on clients' goals and industry trends.
  • Analyze clients' marketing needs and create actionable plans to drive business growth.
  • Client Support:
  • Address and resolve any inquiries or issues related to marketing services and strategies.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring that their marketing campaigns and initiatives are successful.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with clients' objectives and ADD's standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Industry Analysis:
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide relevant and effective advice.
  • Share insights and recommendations based on industry analysis to help clients stay ahead in the market.
  • Training & Development:
  • Provide training and support to clients on using marketing tools and platforms offered by ADD.
  • Assist in developing educational materials and resources to enhance clients' understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, and campaign outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, including successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

#Key Tasks:

1- Onboarding customers (setup):

Onboarding a client onto software and setting up their account involves several steps to ensure they understand the system and can use it effectively. This includes an Initial Contact and introduction and welcoming the client and introducing the software, as well as explaining the onboarding process and setting expectations.

2- Troubleshooting:

Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues that the client may encounter while using the software.

3- Customer support:

involves being the primary point of contact for the client, advocating for their needs within the company, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure their satisfaction.

4- Account management:

involves maintaining and nurturing the relationship between the client and your company to ensure the client's satisfaction, retention, and growth.

5- Sales, Upsell, and cross sell:

While the initial sale may be handled by a dedicated sales team, as an account manager, you play a crucial role in nurturing the relationship and ensuring the client is satisfied with their purchase. From there you can sell additional services including Digital ads with a weekly budget. Including the increase of that budget depending on the needs of the client.

6- Customer success:

involves proactive strategies and ongoing support to help clients achieve their desired outcomes with your software.

7- Collaboration:

Involves working closely and professionally with different departments within ADD to achieve common goals, solve problems, and enhance overall performance.

#Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
