Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients opérant dans le secteur hôtelier un Sales Executive sur la ville de Marrakech. Missions :  Vous élaborez en collaboration avec la Direction Commerciale, la politique commerciale destinée à votre zone.Vous définissez et coordonnez les moyens à mettre en œuvre pour rendre cette approche commerciale pertinente et efficace, fidéliser vos grands comptes et développer votre chiffre d'affaires.Vous animez cette politique en collaboration et interaction avec le reste de l'entreprise.Vous créez un portefeuille de clients et être à l'interface entre ces clients et les différents intervenants internes (Directions d'activités, Finance …), de la phase amont des consultations, pendant l'élaboration de nos offres, jusqu'à la négociationVous êtes garant(e) de la bonne tenue de notre CRM et gérez plusieurs comptes clients ainsi que les contrats cadres et de partenariats.Vous assurez le reporting mensuel de vos comptes en relation avec les filiales du Groupe.Vous accompagnez le recouvrement des créances du portefeuille dont vous avez la charge.Vous assurez la contractualisation et la concrétisation commerciale des relations. Profil De formation Ecole de Commerce ou Ecole d'ingénieur avec une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans le développement commercial ( conduite d'actions de prospection et/ou d'actions commerciale).Diplomate, ayant le sens du relationnel et de l'organisation, vous êtes rigoureux(se) et tenace, et savez travailler en équipe.Doté d'un sens de l'écoute et d'analyse, vous maîtrisez les rouages des différents leviers commerciaux ce qui vous permet de développer et adapter votre discours auprès de vos interlocuteurs.Vous disposez d'un sens stratégique et du recul nécessaires à répondre aux exigences d'une clientèle.Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques.Des déplacements sont à prévoir dans le cadre de la prospection.
