We are supporting an international group specialized in the distribution and trading of polymers and chemical products, currently expanding its commercial operations across North Africa.

As Sales Manager Back-to-Back, you will manage international trading activities between suppliers and customers, ensuring competitive sourcing, optimized margins, and smooth logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage supplier and customer portfolios across the region.
  • Negotiate purchase and sales contracts under Back-to-Back models (CIF, FOB, L/C, CAD).
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-up.
  • Ensure profitability, payment collection, and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to strategic commercial development across emerging markets.
Profile Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in International Trade, Business, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in international trading or polymer/chemical distribution.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, trade finance, and logistics.
  • Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus).
  • Negotiation-driven, analytical mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
