We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for an Account Delivery Lead to take on the following responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships and understanding of business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination and resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status and milestones to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets and provide accurate forecasts and financial reports.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation of project progress and outcomes.
  • Resolve escalated issues and conflicts to keep projects on track.

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years as an account delivery or client-facing role

Skills & Expertise:

  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; technical French is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Personal Qualities:

  • Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
