À propos du poste: Nous recherchons un Security Delivery Lead Expert expérimenté (+10 ans) pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique et piloter la gestion et la mise en œuvre des solutions de sécurité au sein d'un environnement complexe et exigeant. Missions principales - Définir, coordonner et superviser la mise en place des stratégies de sécurité. - Piloter les projets de sécurité IT en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes. - Assurer la conformité des solutions de sécurité aux normes et réglementations en vigueur. - Identifier les risques et proposer des plans d'actions pour les atténuer. - Superviser les équipes techniques et assurer le suivi des prestations de sécurité. - Gérer la relation avec les partenaires et fournisseurs de solutions de cybersécurité. - Assurer un reporting régulier sur l'état de la sécurité et les incidents éventuels. Profil recherché - Expérience avérée de 10 ans et plus en gestion et pilotage de projets de sécurité. - Expertise en cybersécurité, gouvernance IT, conformité et gestion des risques. - Bonne maîtrise des standards de sécurité (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, etc.). - Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et coordination d'équipes. - Expérience dans un environnement international, avec des enjeux de sécurité complexes. - Capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs techniques et métiers. - Certifications en cybersécurité (CISSP, CISM, CEH…) sont un plus.Profil Localisation : Rabat - Expérience requise : 10 ans et plus - Type de contrat : CDI - Disponibilité : Dès que possible Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? -Un projet stratégique avec des défis techniques et organisationnels stimulants. -Un environnement de travail dynamique et collaboratif. -Opportunité d'évolution et de montée en compétences sur des technologies avancées.
