We are hiring a Mechanical CAD Engineer (Siemens NX / Creo Migration)

We are looking for a Mechanical CAD Engineer to support the migration and structuring of CAD data into
Siemens NX
.

The role involves building a robust library of reusable components and standardized materials, while ensuring full alignment with technical and normative requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and consolidate technical information on existing mechanical components (screws, nuts, washers, etc.).
  • Create, parameterize, and maintain standard component libraries within Siemens NX.
  • Associate standard materials with components (physical properties, parameters, normative references).
  • Support and validate CAD data migration from
    PTC Creo to Siemens NX
    , ensuring full compatibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and IT teams to define best practices for modeling, data structuring, and CAD governance.
  • Document methodologies, workflows, and standards, and provide training to internal teams on NX processes.

Qualifications — Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical CAD design.
  • Experience in CAD migration projects (e.g., Creo → NX) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong background in 3D mechanical modeling.
  • Proficiency in
    PTC Creo (Elements/Direct)
    and
    Siemens NX
    .
  • Solid understanding of component library creation and material management in a PLM environment.
  • Ability to structure technical data, define standards, and apply mechanical norms.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical standards and material specifications (DIN, ISO, etc.).
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English (international environment).
