Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a background in Flour production and strong management skills.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our flour mills, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and develop a team of factory managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing resources, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety are met. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that production meets the demands of the market.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong background in Flour production is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
