Job Description:

As the Senior Flour Mill Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our flour mills, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of flour mill operations, including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Monitoring and analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Maintenance of high health and safety standards within the mill, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Leadership and development of a team of mill managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Collaboration with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production meets market demands.
  • Negotiation and maintenance of relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
  • Control of production budgets and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong background in flour production and milling operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
