**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Head of Factories to oversee the operations of our factories in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a background in Flour production and strong management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and develop a team of factory managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing departments to ensure production meets market demands.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
  • Monitor and control production budgets and expenses.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong background in Flour production is essential.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

**Estimated Salary:** 120,000 - 180,000 EGP per annum, depending on experience.
