Production Manager Flour Mills Factories

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the operations of our flour mills factories in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a background in Flour production and strong management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and develop a team of factory managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments to ensure production meets market demands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
• Monitor and control production budgets and expenses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong background in Flour production is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
