About the Role

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet high standards by overseeing Room Attendants and Houseman working on the floors, conducting detailed inspections of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
  • Train and coach staff.
  • Schedule daily work, collect room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas. Monitor each Room Attendant's progress.
  • Inspect completed rooms to ensure all standards have been met. If standards are missed, bring employee back to correct deficiency.
  • Coordinate work orders in assigned section.
  • Follow up to ensure work is completed.
  • Release checkout rooms to be sold.
  • Monitor House Attendants' performance.
  • Ensure sufficient supplies are available on guest floors.
  • Check cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets.
  • Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Rooms Division.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Positive attitude.
