Job Role

We are seeking a results-driven Cluster Real Estate Manager to oversee operational real estate activities across our cluster, driving harmonization of core processes and ensuring compliance with local requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.

This role requires solid expertise in real estate strategy development, transaction management, facility operations, and energy and sustainability topics, as well as strong analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities include managing facility management operations, overseeing demand management, assessing location status through site evaluations, and providing support to Site Representatives and key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead resource and competency management for the entire real estate community within the cluster, facilitate business planning and reporting, and establish internal charging agreements (SLAs) to streamline services and costs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include cascading Group Real Estate targets and strategic initiatives to country and cluster levels, driving implementation of strategic priorities, and aligning regional and local portfolio initiatives with global business units and stakeholders.

Additionally, this role involves leading and coordinating technical projects emphasizing resource sharing and expertise exchange across locations, executing real estate projects including acquisitions, leasing, construction, and site exits, and acting as the functional manager for site-level operations.
