Financial Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Professional to join our team at various locations globally. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

About the Role:

  • Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
  • Develop and maintain internal control procedures to prevent financial errors and discrepancies.
  • Provide support for audits and tax compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage fixed assets, including depreciation and amortization, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payment processing and collections.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Mastery of industrial processes and proficiency in management ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamic and Sage).
  • General accounting, bookkeeping, analytical accounting skills.
  • Proficiency in computer tools: Excel, Power BI.
  • Experience working with auditing firms and mastery of Moroccan accounting and tax standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good communication.
  • Communication: English and French.
