Position Overview:
Natural Clinic is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated HR Manager to join our growing team in Casablanca, Morocco. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and fostering a positive, efficient, and professional work environment. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring that Natural Clinic attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract qualified candidates and ensure staffing needs are met across all departments.
-Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, resolving any employee issues and promoting open communication between staff and management.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, support employees in their growth, and align team objectives with company goals.
-Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
-Performance System: As a structured framework that helps organizations track, assess, and improve the performance of individuals or teams by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and aligning efforts with organizational objectives.
-Compliance & Policies: Ensure that the company complies with local labor laws and regulations, and implement best HR practices in line with industry standards.
Employee Well-being: Manage employee benefits, create a healthy work environment, and promote work-life balance initiatives.
-HR Administration: Oversee payroll, contracts, and other administrative tasks related to human resources.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management.
-Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is a must.
-Previous experience in managing a multicultural workforce is an advantage.
