Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve HR processes ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a consistent employee experience
- Structure and execute recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding workflows
- Maintain and enhance internal HR policies and documentation
- Oversee HR systems and digital tools for efficiency and data reliability
- Support the implementation of performance and development frameworks
- Lead people operations and employee well-being initiatives, fostering a positive and productive culture
- Guide managers and employees on performance management and career growth
- Support conflict resolution, employee relations, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure timely and accurate HR administration (contracts, leaves, disciplinary procedures)
- Promote inclusion, motivation, and healthy team dynamics
- Provide strategic workforce planning insights to leadership
Profile & Qualifications
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, including operational and advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of labor law and compliance
- Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
- Familiarity with modern recruitment practices and employer branding
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High sense of confidentiality, ethics, and organizational awareness
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
