Description Du Poste
Le Senior Sales Manager MEA est responsable du développement commercial et de la gestion des comptes stratégiques dans la région MEA. Il contribue activement à la stratégie de croissance, à l'atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et à l'animation des équipes commerciales locales.
Responsabilités Principales:
- Développement commercial
- Identifier et conclure de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (New Logos)
- Définir et exécuter la stratégie de pénétration de marché
- Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de vente
- Gestion de comptes stratégiques
- Gérer un portefeuille de clients clés
- Assurer la satisfaction client et identifier les opportunités d'upsell/cross-sell
- Animation d'équipe
- Accompagner les commerciaux dans leurs cycles de vente
- Participer à la formation et à la montée en compétence des équipes locales
- Reporting & coordination
- Préparer les prévisions de ventes et les reportings
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, produit et delivery
Qualifications
Profil recherché:
- Expérience confirmée (15+ ans) dans la vente de solutions logicielles complexes
- Connaissance approfondie des marchés MEA
- Leadership et capacité à fédérer des équipes multiculturelles
- Maîtrise des cycles de vente longs et complexes
- Français et anglais indispensables ; la maîtrise de l'arabe est un plus

- Réalisation du quota de vente
- Taux de conversion des opportunités
- Croissance du portefeuille clients
- Satisfaction client (NPS)
- Contribution à la stratégie régionale
