We're looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to join an expanding international hospitality business in Marrakech.

Role overview:

At the beginning, the role will focus on apartment research, guest coordination, basic cleaning supervision, and translation tasks (English–French–Arabic).

As the business grows, responsibilities will include property management, guest relations, and daily operations across several apartments and a small riad or hostel.

We're looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to join an expanding international hospitality business in Marrakech.

Role overview:

At the beginning, the role will focus on apartment research, guest coordination, basic cleaning supervision, and translation tasks (English–French–Arabic).

As the business grows, responsibilities will include property management, guest relations, and daily operations across several apartments and a small riad or hostel.

Hours & Pay:

  • 15 hours/week (part-time)
  • Compensation: 3,300 MAD
  • Possibility to evolve to a full-time position
  • Bi-weekly payments available

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, French, and Arabic/Darija (essential)
  • Resident in Marrakech
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Nice to have:

  • Basic photography skills (interior or lifestyle photos for listings)
  • Understanding of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Interest in branding and guest experience
  • Vehicle or scooter ownership
  • Tourism or hospitality studies (final-year students welcome to apply)
