Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Manager located in Marrakesh. The Guest Services Manager will oversee the reception area, ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, and handle day-to-day guest-related tasks. Responsibilities include managing and supervising the guest services team, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordination of receptionist duties, optimizing guest check-in and check-out experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a guest-centric approach
  • Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and staff management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties, including managing bookings and front desk operations
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices is a plus
  • Fluency in English and French is highly desirable; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
