Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to grow TCL AC market share in Morocco.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing policies, and customer needs to position TCL competitively.
- Identify new business opportunities (retail, distributors, B2B, installers, builders, project sales).
Channel & Distribution Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, importers, dealers, large retail chains, and HVAC installers.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in strategic sales channels across main regions (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, etc.).
Product Positioning & Promotion
- Ensure TCL products are properly displayed, promoted, and priced at point-of-sale.
- Work with marketing to execute trade marketing actions:
- In-store branding
- Campaigns
- Promotion plans
- Launch events
- Retail staff training
- Ensure channel partners understand product advantages and unique selling points (efficiency, features, price positioning, warranty, etc.).
Sales Team & Partner Training
- Train distributor sales teams, retail promoters, and partners on TCL AC product lines.
- Conduct product education workshops and competitive positioning trainings.
- Build a high-performing internal sub-sales network if applicable (sales reps, merchandisers, promoters).
Reporting & Sales Analytics
- Provide regular reports to regional / HQ:
- Sell-in & sell-out figures
- Territory and partner performance
- Market intelligence
- Action plans and risks
- Use data to drive decision-making and resource allocation (marketing budgets, inventory, trade investments).
