Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of two fast-growing businesses across two sectors:

  • Clean Energy Solutions Inc.
    : Energy efficiency consulting and implementation services (Canada, U.S., Spain)
  • Endex Holding
    : Import and distribution of food packaging and supplies (Morocco)

You will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to manage logistics, client communication, back-office coordination, and team performance, ensuring that both businesses scale with precision and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesClean Energy Solutions Inc.

  • Coordinate energy project timelines (e.g., audits, M&V, retrofit scopes, reporting)
  • Liaise with Canadian partners (e.g., Enbridge, NRCAN, contractors)
  • Organize digital files (proposals, contracts, reports)
  • Manage CRM tools and client pipelines
  • Track deliverables, follow-ups, and monthly reporting progress
  • Assist in preparing bid documents and RFP submissions
  • Support invoicing and client communication as needed

Endex Holding

  • Manage inventory, supplier orders, and shipment tracking
  • Coordinate with suppliers (local + international) and customs if applicable
  • Oversee warehouse restocking and delivery scheduling
  • Ensure client orders are processed smoothly (B2B & B2C)
  • Supervise daily sales tracking and CRM inputs
  • Track product margins and monthly performance
  • Support online store updates (Shopify) if applicable
  • Coordinate with the accountant for invoicing and reconciliation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project coordination
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication in
    English
    and
    French
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
  • Familiar with tools like Notion,
  • Comfortable working across different time zones (Canada/Morocco)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and loyal to high-performance execution
