Academic Operations Manager

Location: Casablanca, Gauthier | Full-time

Main Responsibilities

Student Club & Class Organization:

  • Oversee and manage student clubs and activities that foster community, leadership, and engagement.
  • Oversee the organization of classes (SAT, TOEFL, essay writing, etc.), prepare schedules, manage tutor assignments, and ensure accurate tracking of student attendance and engagement

University Admissions Support

  • Coordinate and supervise support for students in the university application process (USA, Canada, Europe, Asia...).
  • Ensure students receive guidance on university selection, document organization, deadlines, and financial aid options, in collaboration with counselors and tutors.

Student Guidance & Mentoring

  • Track student progress and test performance.
  • Motivate and mentor students in setting and achieving goals.
  • Ensure timely communication with students and parents regarding study abroad paths, progress, and program updates.

Outreach, Sales & Administrative Tasks

  • Occasionally participate in sales and onboarding of new students.
  • Maintain and update our internal university database.
  • Assist with orientation events and parent communication.

Student Accounts & Renewals

  • Ensure all student payments are up to date and tracked accurately.
  • Oversee renewal management and follow up with families to confirm timely continuation of services.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • A university degree taught entirely in English is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping students grow
  • Any experience with studying abroad or working in a similar education or admissions business is highly valued
  • Experience in class or activity organization is a strong plus

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, 40h/week.

  • Our academic programs run during evenings and weekends, so the role requires availability at those times.

  • Monday - Thursday - Friday: 12:30pm – 9:30pm (includes 1h break)

  • Saturday - Sunday: 12:30pm – 9:30pm (includes 1h break)
  • Days off: Tuesday & Wednesday
  • Possibility of up to 2 remote work (télétravail) days per week
