Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our client's products and services to potential customers through phone calls. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to set up appointments

  • Build and maintain a strong customer database by accurately recording all customer information and interactions

  • Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns the customer may have

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

- 1 year of sales experience. Great attitude and energy, professional.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

  • Must be fluent in English; near to native accent.

  • Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus

Schedule: Ability to work Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
