Afritrip Advisors Morocco is a travel company based in Morocco specializing in fully private and customized trips around the country. Our team consists of passionate travelers with extensive experience exploring Morocco and beyond. We are dedicated to leveraging our expertise to offer the best travel experiences in Morocco.
Afritrip is developing Afritrip Travels, which will offer destinations globally.
Role Overview
The Business Development & Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of
both Afritrip Morocco and Afritrip Travels. This position combines sales, client relationship
management, and destination development responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive,
results-driven, and passionate about travel and customer service.
Type: Full time in person
Key Responsibilities
Afritrip Morocco (Inbound Travel)
● Generate leads through outreach (emails, phone calls, networking).
● Respond to client inquiries and follow up on sales requests in a timely and professional
manner.
● Convert leads into confirmed guests through consultative sales and relationship building.
● Coordinate with the logistics team by providing client briefs, ensuring smooth handover
from sales to operations.
● Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client data and sales progress.
Afritrip Travels (Outbound Travel)
● Research and develop new travel destinations to expand Afritrip Travels' portfolio. ●
Establish and maintain relationships with international providers (hotels, DMCs, activities
provider, airlines, etc.).
● Promote newly developed destinations through presentations, proposals, and client
outreach.
● Handle and follow up on guest requests for international trips, ensuring tailored travel
experiences.
● Monitor travel market trends to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
Profile & Skills
● Proven experience in sales, business development, or travel industry (B2C/B2B).
● Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build lasting client
relationships.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
● Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently (remotely) and as part of a
team.
● Passion for travel and hospitality, with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
● Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus).
