Human Resources Assistant

- Job Purpose:
To support the HRBP in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and contributing to employee engagement, administration, and HR initiatives across North Africa.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support ( Morocco - Algeria - Ghana)
- Assist with the preparation and follow-up of recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of documentation.
- Handle employee requests related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
- Participate in HR communication and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards when required.
- Support training and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures and company policies.
Plant HR Support
- Follow up on Cipla employees' overtime hours and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct monthly visits to the Ain Ouda plant to meet manpower employees and address HR needs.
- Support the preparation and validation of the manpower payroll.
- Ensure alignment between plant HR practices and corporate policies.
Reception & Office Administration
- Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies.
- Support logistics for company events, trainings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces remain organized and presentable.
- Liaise with external service providers (couriers, maintenance, etc.).
Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Professional, service-oriented, and proactive.
