PURPOSE

At Elopak we are committed to delivering exceptional customer support at every stage of the client journey. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions, ensure efficient issue resolution, and support internal coordination across departments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional looking to grow within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email.
  • Track and follow up on orders, deliveries, returns, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics,finance,…) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
  • Assist in developing customer service guidelines, FAQs, and support documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Customer Support or similar.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or coordination role.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent Arabic, French and English.
  • Very good communication skills and proactivity.
