En tant que People and Operations Officer, vous contribuerez activement à :

Support Finance

  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord et indicateurs financiers internes.
  • Préparer les rapports mensuels à transmettre au cabinet comptable local.
  • Gérer la relation avec la banque et assurer les opérations de suivi des comptes.
  • Traiter les demandes de remboursement et assurer le suivi des congés pour la paie.

Opérations & Administration

  • Gérer les prestataires locaux (sécurité, maintenance, IT, transport…).
  • Rechercher de nouveaux fournisseurs selon les besoins (hôtels, événements, logistique…).
  • Assister les équipes projets dans les tâches administratives courantes.
  • Assurer le suivi des stocks et de l'inventaire du matériel de bureau.

People Operations (RH)

  • Gérer les démarches RH locales : mutuelle, retraite, suivi des congés, saisie de la paie.
  • Coordonner l'onboarding et l'offboarding des collaborateurs à Rabat.
  • Rédiger les documents RH standards et assurer la tenue des dossiers du personnel.
  • Organiser les événements internes (retraites, rencontres d'équipe, activités annuelles).
  • Soutenir les processus de recrutement : diffusion, entretiens, expérience candidat.

Profil recherché

Le(a) candidat(e) idéal(e) dispose des compétences suivantes :

  • Diplôme Bac+3 ou Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Administration, Finance ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires : RH, office management, support administratif ou financier.
  • Bonne connaissance du cadre légal et administratif marocain.
  • Expérience dans une organisation internationale ou cabinet de conseil appréciée.
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et darija ; anglais intermédiaire requis.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), et idéalement d'un SIRH, ATS ou SharePoint.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l'organisation, orientation solution et esprit d'équipe.
