About the Role

REDREAM is seeking a motivated 
Sales & Student Consultant
 to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and driven to help Moroccan students achieve their goal of studying in China.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote study-abroad programs to prospective students and parents.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Present programs, university options, and visa procedures clearly and persuasively.
  • Follow up with students throughout the process, from first contact to departure.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (required).
  • Fast learner with adaptability and problem-solving abilities (required).
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal manners (required).
  • Fluency in French, Arabic, and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in sales, consulting, or customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of the study abroad or education field is an advantage.
  • Must be Moroccan and based in Morocco.
