Your Role
- Handle customer inquiries and claims with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Assess and process claims in accordance with Allianz policies and service standards.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers, guiding them through the claims journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of cases.
- Maintain accurate records and update the claims management system efficiently.
- Participate in team coordination meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Fluent in Dutch (B2 level Minimum) with strong English skills (mandatory).
- Experience in customer contact, claims handling, or a similar role (preferably within a BPO,Admin or insurance environment)
- Proven ability to handle customer cases effectively.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting service KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and reassure customers.
- Proficient in using claims or CRM systems and other customer service tools to manage cases efficiently.
