Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Casablanca. In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining phone etiquette, addressing customer concerns, and striving to enhance overall customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Expertise in Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage difficult customer interactions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- Experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
