Job Description

NexServ Realty is hiring a Leasing Agent to join our team in Rabat.

The role involves handling rental listings, following up on tenant files, entering information into our system, and communicating with tenants.

No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. This position is open to anyone who is motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage available rental units and handle the full leasing process
  • Accurately input tenant and rental data into our system
  • Process lease transfers and related documents
  • Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, email, or SMS
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure quality service

Candidate Profile

  • Wwritten and spoken English and French (required)
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools and systems
  • Willing to learn and grow in a professional environment
