About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive 
Operations Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure the flawless delivery of our itineraries by managing logistics, confirming services, and keeping communication clear between teams and partners. 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate all logistics for client trips (drivers, guides, activities, reservations)
  • Confirm bookings and update internal systems with accurate trip details
  • Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the Sales and Concierge teams with itinerary updates and changes
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as budgets, invoices, and documentation
  • Help troubleshoot operational issues

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication and relationship-building skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Great time management skills
  • Passion for travel and delivering exceptional, personalized service
  • English – French – Arabic language required
  • Microsoft environment (and being a confident user of Office) required
