Notre partenaire un établissement hôtelier, reconnu pour son excellence et son sens du service, recherche un Event Manager afin de concevoir, coordonner et orchestrer des événements exclusifs et mémorables, destinés à une clientèle internationale et exigeante.

Missions principales :

  • Imaginer, planifier et réaliser des événements haut de gamme MICE
  • Assurer la gestion de la relation client, de la prise de brief jusqu'à la livraison de l'événement.
  • Coordonner les différents départements de l'hôtel (banquets, restauration, hébergement, technique…) ainsi que les prestataires externes.
  • Superviser l'ensemble de la logistique sur site et garantir une exécution sans faille.
  • Suivre les budgets, assurer un reporting précis et mesurer la satisfaction client après chaque événement.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience réussie en gestion d'événements dans l'hôtellerie de luxe ou le secteur MICE.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, sens aigu du détail et créativité affirmée.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Capacité à piloter plusieurs projets simultanément, dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution.
