Une agence de voyages spécialisée dans le tourisme et l'événementiel recherche un(e) Event Manager pour concevoir, organiser et coordonner des événements uniques (MICE, incentives, séminaires, mariages, expériences sur mesure):
Missions principales :
- Concevoir, planifier et coordonner des événements (corporate, MICE, incentives, mariages, expériences sur mesure).
- Élaborer des propositions créatives et adaptées aux besoins des clients.
- Gérer la logistique complète des événements.
- Sélectionner et coordonner les prestataires.
- Superviser l'exécution sur le terrain et garantir le respect des standards de qualité.
- Suivre le budget des événements et optimiser les coûts.
- Assurer la satisfaction client et gérer le suivi post-événement.
Profil recherché :
- Bac+3/5 en Événementiel, Tourisme, Communication ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans) en gestion d'événements dans le secteur du tourisme, de l'hôtellerie ou des agences événementielles.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, relationnelles et managériales.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Sens de la créativité, autonomie et orientation client.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
