Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Service Line Manager – Digital Continuity pour piloter notre offre Testing/QA & Support. Vous serez un manager, garant de l'industrialisation de nos processus et moteur de l'innovation digitale au sein du groupe. Le poste est stratégique avec un focus sur l'automatisation, l'IA et l'excellence opérationnelle.
Vos missions- Développer et porter l'offre Digital Continuity du groupe à l'international
- Collaborer avec les autres SLM en France et à l'international
- Piloter la croissance et l'industrialisation des équipes et des processus
- Contribuer au pre-sales et à la performance P&L de la ligne de service
- Représenter le groupe auprès des clients et assurer le client facing
- Intégrer l'automatisation et l'IA dans les process pour renforcer l'efficacité
- Bilingue Français / Anglais
- 15 ans minimum d'expérience, idéalement en ESN ou environnement digital structuré
- Expérience en industrialisation, pilotage de programmes pluriannuels et développement d'offres
- Capacité à construire et défendre une proposition de valeur auprès des clients
- Leadership affirmé et capacité de prise de décision rapide
- Vision stratégique et hauteur de vue
- Réactivité et capacité à exécuter avec efficacité
- Communication claire, transparence et esprit positif
- Capacité à fédérer et inspirer les équipes
