Missions:
- Analyser les performances des catégories bazar (petit électroménager, décoration, ustensiles, etc.).
- Définir et optimiser l'assortiment en fonction des attentes clients et des tendances.
- Participer à la stratégie de mise en avant produit en magasin et en ligne.
- Collaborer avec les équipes achats, merchandising et marketing.
- Suivre les innovations et proposer des actions pour dynamiser les ventes.
Profil Recherché:
- Bac+4/5 en commerce, marketing ou gestion.
- Première expérience en grande distribution ou retail.
- Sens du produit, créativité et esprit d'analyse.
- Maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de pilotage de performance
