Category Manager Lifestyle & Sourcing International (H/F)
Nous recrutons pour notre client, enseigne de Retail de premier plan au Maroc, un(e) Category Manager pour rejoindre ses équipes à Casablanca.
Ce rôle stratégique combine la gestion de catégories de produits, le pilotage de stratégies de sourcing mondial et la négociation de contrats avec des partenaires internationaux.
Votre Mission
En tant que véritable expert(e) de votre univers, vous pilotez la performance de vos catégories à 360°. Vous dénichez les tendances et assurez leur succès commercial tant en magasin (physique) que sur notre plateforme E-commerce.
Responsabilités clés
:
Sourcing International : Identifier et développer un panel de fournisseurs à l'échelle mondiale pour garantir une offre exclusive et compétitive.
Stratégie Omnicanale & Assortiment : Construire et optimiser un portefeuille produits cohérent, adapté aux exigences du réseau de magasins et à la croissance du digital.
Négociation & Contractualisation : Négocier les conditions d'achat et gérer les accords avec les fournisseurs internationaux (prix, délais, exclusivités).
Analyse de Performance : Interpréter les données de ventes et les KPIs (marge, rotation) pour orienter les stratégies commerciales et maximiser le chiffre d'affaires.
Veille Lifestyle : Anticiper les tendances du marché pour maintenir l'enseigne à la pointe de l'innovation.
Profil recherché & Qualifications :
Expérience : Minimum 5 ans en Achats / Category Management dans le secteur du Retail.
Passionné(e) avant tout : Vous possédez une forte sensibilité aux univers du Design, de la Pop-culture, de la Décoration ou du Bien-être. Votre curiosité pour les produits "tendance" est votre moteur.
Expertise Sourcing : Maîtrise confirmée des processus d'approvisionnement (Procurement) et des leviers d'importation.
Compétences Analytiques : Capacité à transformer les données chiffrées en plans d'actions concrets (maîtrise Excel/BI/CRM).
Langues : Maîtrise courante du Français et de l'Anglais (indispensable pour les échanges internationaux).
