Votre rôle :

Au sein de la direction Prodcut and Marketing :

  • Comprendre les fondations existantes sur les catalogues et en promouvoir la fédération.
  • Porter le data management des informations catalogue
  • Identifier les opportunités d'alignement, notamment en lien avec les projets de transformation métier et digitaux.
  • Construction et pilotage de la roadmap des évolutions Catalogue

Data Management des informations catalogue :

  • En transverse à l'entreprise sur l'ensemble du domaine B2B, vous portez la définition, la modélisation (y compris lien avec les autres master data), la politique de gestion du cycle de vie (process et acteur pour la création, usage, mise à jour, obsolescence), implémentation du « one truth ».

Roadmap et transformation catalogue :

  • Ecoute des cas clients, des Business Lines, des métiers, de l'IT et des meilleures pratiques du Data Management.
  • Identification des niveaux, risques et problèmes de qualité et de non alignement.
  • Consolidation et valorisation des priorités business pour aligner la donnée en anticipant les besoins des projets Digitaux ou Métiers (data by design), à défaut en réactif.
  • Organisation et priorisation des projets d'amélioration. Mesure des effets.
  • Pilotage de la roadmap sur la donnée Catalogue : projet réferentiel, déploiement et usage par les applications IT, évolutions processus, mise à niveau sur la donnée.
  • Pilotage de certains projets de cette transformation en tant que Responsable Métier.

about you

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire en informatique et/ou Télécom.
  • Expérience professionnelle supérieure à 5/7 ans
  • Au sein d'un opérateur de service, telecom ou pas, en transverse côté processus ou IT, et à l'interface entre les 2.

Compétences requises :

Technique et savoir faire

  • Modélisation processus, information et traitement,
  • Architecture IT fonctionnelle d'un opérateur de service/telco.
  • Root Cause analysis/ aller chercher le besoin source

Communication et savoir être

  • Très bon niveau de communication écrit/oral en français et en anglais.
  • Vous êtes autonome, dynamique, convaincant(e) et savez être force de proposition.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un écosystème riche et animé, voire complexe
  • Vous savez animer un groupe de travail métier
  • Vous êtes curieux, précis, analytique.
  • Orienté résultat
  • Sens du collectif.
