Responsabilités principales :
• Définir et communiquer la vision et la stratégie produit pour les produits liés aux données, en alignement avec les objectifs business.
• Collaborer avec des équipes transversales incluant des data engineers, business analysts, le data office, des architectes et des parties prenantes dans plusieurs pays et fuseaux horaires.
• Aider à la gestion et à la priorisation du backlog produit pour améliorer l'efficacité.
• Traduire les exigences métiers en user stories claires, EPIC, valeur métier et critères d'acceptation.
• Gérer activement la documentation relative à votre périmètre.
• Assurer la livraison en temps voulu de produits et fonctionnalités de données de haute qualité.
• Agir comme principal interlocuteur entre les parties prenantes métiers et les équipes techniques.
• Surveiller la performance des produits et promouvoir la prise de décisions basée sur les données.
Qualifications :
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Owner, avec un focus sur les produits de données.
• Expérience avérée de travail dans un environnement international ou avec des équipes globales.
• Bonne compréhension des technologies de données, de l'analytique et des principes de gestion des données.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
• Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile et des outils (ex : Jira, Confluence).
• Connaissance ou expérience du cadre SAFe.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement dans des équipes multiculturelles et transversales.
• Expertise en UX/UI concernant les tableaux de bord analytiques et opérationnels.
• Capacité à travailler avec un Lead Product Owner au sein d'une équipe dédiée aux produits data.
Compétences préférées :
• Expérience avec des plateformes big data (AWS, Azure, Snowflake), outils BI (idéalement Power BI).
• Utilisation de SQL pour interroger les données sur nos plateformes ; toute autre compétence en langage de développement est un plus.
• Connaissance des sujets B2C ou idéalement B2B en supply chain.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
