We are seeking a
Junior Project Management Assistant
with a strong foundation in engineering and excellent English communication skills to support our service operations and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Prepare and manage SAP service orders and engineer schedules
  • Coordinate travel and visa arrangements for service engineers
  • Maintain accurate records of timesheets, invoices, and client data
  • Assist in billing and financial reporting
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, service managers, and project managers
  • Continuously optimize dispatching and scheduling processes

Candidate Profile
:

  • Graduate from an engineering university
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in a similar role
  • Proficient in
    SAP
    and
    MS Office
  • Excellent English communication skills
    (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative team player
