Taste & Wellbeing Sales Support Executive – West Africa (1-year renewable contract)

Sales Support Executive
to strengthen our West Africa Sales Operations team.

Your mission:

Based in Casablanca, you will support our sales team and customers across West Africa by managing daily sales administration, coordinating orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication between customers, sales, marketing, credit, and technical teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage orders, quotations, and sample requests from start to finish.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales customer service and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support Key Account Managers with reports, insights, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate projects, track data, and create regular dashboards and reports.
  • Maintain ERP data accuracy (SAP knowledge is an advantage).

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, International Trade, or Logistics.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or commercial support in FMCG, Flavours, or Ingredients sectors.
  • Strong understanding of import/export, customs, and shipment processes.
  • Fluent in
    English and French
    .
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
