Sales Supervisor à Agadir

Pour le compte d'un client dans l'industrie du tabac, nous recherchons un(e) Sales Supervisor basé(e) à Agadir, chargé(e) de soutenir le Business Development Manager régional et d'accompagner étroitement les superviseurs de distributeurs ainsi que la force de vente dans la région sud.
Missions principales :
En tant que Sales Supervisor, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Superviser et gérer les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) commerciaux afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente
- Suivre la disponibilité des stocks en entrepôt
- Coordonner le recrutement, la création et l'activation des supports de point de vente (POS) conformément à la stratégie de couverture régionale
- Former et accompagner les forces de vente des distributeurs lors de visites terrain
- Maintenir une présence régulière sur le terrain et fournir des rapports détaillés sur les activités
- Développer et suivre des plans tactiques pour atteindre les objectifs dans la région
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur la performance des ventes et de la distribution à la direction
Profil recherché :
- Bac +3 à Bac +5 en commerce, marketing, gestion ou équivalent
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
- Profil orienté terrain et ventes
- Permis de conduire valide et capacité à conduire en toute sécurité (obligatoire)
- Motivé(e), désireux(se) d'apprendre et prêt(e) à développer une carrière professionnelle
- À l'aise pour travailler dans l'industrie du tabac
