Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Arabic Teacher - Local resident at The British Academy School Marrakech, located in Marrakesh. The teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging Arabic language lessons to students, creating lesson plans tailored to different learning needs, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role includes teaching aspects of Islamic Studies where applicable, evaluating student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to support the overall goals of the school.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Language Teaching and an in-depth understanding of Arabic language instruction
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and implementing effective teaching strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to engage students and collaborate with team members
- Demonstrated experience and passion for Teaching at various levels
- Relevant teaching certifications, qualifications, or proven professional experience in education
- Commitment to fostering a multicultural and inclusive classroom
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
