About the Role
We're looking for a
Transportation & Guide Assistant
to oversee and elevate our transportation operations in-country. This role ensures that our drivers deliver the highest standards of safety, reliability, and hospitality that Epic is known for. You'll manage and coordinate in country transportation, ensuring smooth logistics, excellent communication, and seamless client experiences on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate all transportation logistics for client trips
- Lead, train, and support the driver team to maintain Epic's service standards
- Monitor schedules, transfers, and routes to ensure punctuality and efficiency
- Liaise with the Operations and Concierge teams for itinerary updates and adjustments
- Maintain strong communication with drivers and local partners
- Oversee vehicle standards and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures
- Support with administrative tasks such as transportation budgets, cost tracking, and documentation
- Support the Operation team
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in transportation coordination or logistics (preferably in travel or hospitality) will be considering as a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Passion for travel and creating exceptional guest experiences
- English – French – Arabic language required
- Microsoft environment (and being a confident user of Office) required
