Role Overview

We are hiring a driven B2B Sales Executive to support our growth by acquiring new business clients for our digital marketing services. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with outbound sales, client conversations, and performance-based targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential business clients through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups
  • Qualify prospects and understand their business needs
  • Present and explain our marketing solutions clearly and professionally
  • Book and conduct online meetings with decision-makers
  • Manage leads and updates using our CRM system
  • Work closely with management to improve sales processes and results

What We're Looking For

  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Confidence on the phone and in virtual meetings
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales (experience is a plus, not mandatory)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
