Business Development Manager

dans le cadre du développement de ses activités.

Rattaché(e) à la direction générale, vous aurez pour responsabilités :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement commercial de l'entreprise.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance (nouveaux marchés, partenariats, produits ou services).
  • Prospecter, négocier et conclure des accords commerciaux avec de nouveaux clients locaux et export.
  • Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille clients existant.
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle et sectorielle pour anticiper les évolutions du marché.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, ventes et opérationnelles pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance commerciale.
  • Participer à la définition des offres commerciales et à leur présentation aux prospects.
  • Prospection ciblée des fournisseurs adaptés à chaque marché.
  • Présentation claire et persuasive des business models aux fournisseurs
  • Préparation soignée et confidentielle des accords de non-divulgation
  • Négociation stratégique des termes contractuels
  • Vérification rigoureuse des certifications internationales
  • Supervision complète du processus de production et livraison( Traduction, Transport , douane, documentation
    )

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+5 en commerce, gestion ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et développement de relations d'affaires.
  • Esprit analytique, proactif et orienté résultats.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
