Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Rabat. The role includes managing network systems, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and ensuring network security. Additional responsibilities involve providing technical support to users, configuring hardware and software, and implementing IT solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and user support
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and coordinate IT processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Previous experience in an IT-related role is preferred
